I邸、ウッドデッキ施工状況です。
コストと施工性を事前に検討のうえほぼほぼ想定通りのウッドデッキが完成したと
思われます。
予め当社の資材置場にて材料のカット、塗装を行うことで廃材や現場での手間を削減しています。
価格を押さえるため当社の在庫品(防腐処理済み木材)を使用し、仕上はキシラデコールを塗っています。
写真上はウッドデッキの下地材です。
写真のように木材に基礎パッキンを縫い付けて1つの部材を作っています。
基礎パッキンを1重、2重とすることで屋根勾配に対応するとともに施工性を考慮しています。基礎パッキンの裏はコーキングで接着することでかなり頑丈になります。
当然ですがビスはステンレスを使用しましょう。
とまあ事前準備1日、施工1日(大工さん1人)の計2日でウッドデッキ完成です。
実はI邸改修工事は一部検討中の箇所を残して1週間ほど前に完成しているのですがブログ更新が遅くなってしまいました。
